Senator Shehu Sani, in a tweet on Tuesday, has pleaded with Nigerians to pray for the Abuja-Kaduna train hostages still in the hands of the terrorists.

Sen. Sani tweeted,
“The train hostages still in the hands of terrorists. Let’s keep them in prayers.”
Meanwhile, the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) in the statement made available to newsmen on Monday 4th of April by its Managing Director, Fidet Okhiria, assured Nigerians that all the kidnapped victims, in the Monday, March 28, 2022 Abuja-Kaduna train attack, will be rescued alive and unhurt.
Okhiria said,
“We are committed to the rescue of our passengers and staff who were on board the ill-fated Ak9 train service.”
“We shall continue to collaborate with security agencies to ensure that all persons being held are rescued unhurt and reunited with their families.”
