Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has distanced himself from recent reports on various media platforms, accusing him of mocking Rev. Fr. Mbaka and/or Prophet Odumeje, over their failed prophecies, concerning the just concluded Anambra state gubernatorial election.
In a statement issued, and signed by the Primate’s media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, the INRI spiritual leader said, he did not at any time, grant interview to any media personality, during when he derided either Rev. Fr. Mbaka or Prophet Odumeje.
Primate Ayodele said,
”There is a publication making rounds that I verbally attacked Rev. Fr. Mbaka, and Prophet Odumeje, for failed prediction on Anambra election.
“I want to state it here that, I never issued such statement, neither did I grant such interview to whoever published the story.
“It is not my style to glorify my prophecies against others, all glory belongs to God.
“I have no business with any other Prophets on their Prophecies, God talks to everyone differently.”
Primate Ayodele therefore warned media practitioners to be wary of what they publish; while also advising the public to ‘thrash’ such information.
He said,
“I also want to advice media practitioners, to desist from publications that cause unnecessarily rivalry, and crisis between men of God.
“I urge the public to ignore, and thrash any statement that says, I verbally attacked some prophets for their prophecies, It never came from me.”
Recall that, some media publications, under different headlines, had accused Primate Elijah Ayodele, of ridiculing the duo of Rev. Fr. Mbaka, and Prophet Odumeje, over failed predictions regarding the outcome of the Anambra state governorship election, that took place on Saturday, November 6th.
