Nigerians To Experience Another Blackout As Electricity Grid Collapses Again

The national electricity grid has again, suffered a system collapse for the third time within a space of few weeks.

Recall that the grid had collapsed in the month of March resulting in total blackout in most states of the federation before this  recent collapse.

While Nigerians are not sure of the reasons for the unnecessary blackouts despite the humongous amount of money being spent by the federal government in the sector for the country to enjoy steady power supply, the Head of Corporate Communications of Kaduna Electric Distribution Centre, Abdulazeez Abdullahi, has announced in a statement that, the grid has collapsed again on Friday at about 6:29 pm.

He however assured that power will soon be restored, especially in Kaduna communities, as soon as the collapsed grid is fixed.
