Staff Welfare Is My Number One Priority, Including Sporting Activities For Fitness … New FFS ACG, Karebo Samson

The newly appointed Acting Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, Karebo Pere Samson, has assured Federal Firefighters, of his commitment to their welfare.

 

ACG Karebo Pere Samson, made the promise during an interactive session with men and women of the Fire Service on Tuesday, at the FFS headquarters.

 

In a signed statement released by the FFS Public Relations Officer, PRO, SF. Ugo Huan, the new ACG emphasized the need for discipline, love, and unity amongst the Firefighters; and enjoined them to support his administration which he said will be without bias or favouritism.

 

ACG Karebo Pere Samson encouraged, and admonished his team, not to relent in their efforts to striving for excellence.

 

He said, “If I can rise to becoming the Ag. CGF after joining the Service as a Level 3 junior staff, you too can also attain any height in the Service; only be dedicated, committed, dogged, and develop your self.”

 

Karebo Samson also stressed the need to bring back, in full capacity, sporting activities in the Service, useful for fitness of all Firefighters.

 

In his words,

“Henceforth, I will make sure that sporting activities, including competitions, are given the attention they deserve.”

 

In reaction, officers and men of the Service, expressed their joy, and assured the new ACG of their support, while also promising to be diligent and discipline, in the discharge of their duty.
