Some yet to be identified gunmen have kidnapped the Prelate of the Methodist Church of Nigeria, His Eminence, Samuel Kanu along Enugu–Port Harcourt Expressway, in Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia state.
The Prelate was reportedly kidnapped on Sunday, May 29, alongside Rt. Rev. Dennis Mark, the Methodist Bishop of Owerri and the Prelate’s Chaplain.
No information yet about the whereabouts of the Prelate, and other abducted persons, as at the time of this report.
